What we collect and why

• Enquiry form: name, organisation, email, phone, area of interest and message. Used only to respond to the enquiry.
• Careers form: name, email, phone (optional), role, qualification and CV. Used only to consider the application. The CV is sent to the firm by email and is not kept on the website’s servers.

How messages reach us

Form messages are delivered to the firm by email through a third-party email service provider, which may process them outside India.

Consent

Each form asks for your explicit consent before you submit it. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to contact@abhayca.com.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for 24 months. CVs are deleted after 12 months.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent, by writing to contact@abhayca.com.
