About the firm
Abhay Maniyar & Associates is a firm of Chartered Accountants in Vashi, Navi Mumbai, established in 2003. The firm works with companies, banks and financial institutions, MSMEs, family businesses and individuals, including non-resident Indians.
Its work falls into two groups. Corporate solutions cover managed finance and compliance, automation and data management, operational audit and internal controls, field verification, virtual CFO services, and regulatory compliance for regulated sectors. Core professional services cover statutory and tax audits, direct and indirect taxation including tax litigation, individual and NRI taxation, and MSME and business advisory.
The team brings together Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries and management consultants. Each engagement follows one method: assess and map, automate and control, then report and advise.

The firm is bound by the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 and the Code of Ethics issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. It does not solicit work or advertise its services.
