The principal of the firm, CA Abhay J Maniyar has gathered rich exposure and knowledge of the systems, business processes and business strategy of Leading Companies in India during his audit career. He earned his spurs with one of the leading Audit firms in India - M/s A F Ferguson & Co where he was part of the audit teams for the corporate clienteles. He is also a qualified systems auditor with a DISA certification from ICAI.

He is a practicing Chartered Accountant, having established his own firm 8 years ago and has built expertise in Statutory Audit, Personal & Corporate Taxation as well as Internal Process Audits & Process Design & Consulting. He has rich experience in FMCG - Manufacturing, Telecom, Retail & IT industry practices having worked for leading clients in these sectors during the course of his practice.

H. B Upasani - B.Com (Hons), CA (Inter), FCS :

Mr. Upasani is a Practicing Company Secretary with over 40 years of working with various organizations & sectors as Finance Officer, Director & Company secretary, the last decade or so as a Practicing CS advising companies on regulatory & governance practices.

His areas of expertise include Company law matters, Company Secretarial work for all types of Companies, Incorporation of Companies under Section 25 of Companies Act, Sales Tax (MVAT and CST), Service Tax & Central Excise Advisory, Formation of Public Trusts and Formation of Co-op Societies under Co-op Societies Act.

K Sriram, BE (Mech) MBA (Fin)

Mr. Sriram is a consultant to start up ventures providing incubation and capability building solutions to entrepreneurs. He has been involved in entrepreneurial ventures across domains from real estate, to hospitality, technology, sports management & skill development. He also has extensive corporate training experience having handled training assignments for companies like HUL, L&T, Aker Power Gas, Schlumberger, Deutsch Bank, etc. for middle & senior Management levels – in Finance & Human Resource processes.
